Thank you for considering Plaza del Rancho Dental Care as your dental provider. For most cases,  your first visit will include a thorough exam along with x-rays. The doctor will also have a consultation to discuss your smile and dental health. Usually, treatment can be completed or started on the same day as your consultation. Depending on your medical history and the complexity of your dental treatment plan, follow up appointment(s) might be necessary.

To save time please provide us with the following:

1. Any dental records and recent x-rays that you might have.
2. Insurance information, if applicable.
3. Information about medications you are taking and current health history.
4. Any questions you might have regarding your dental health.

**Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that might be of concern prior to your treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, hearth problems, etc.) **

IMPORTANT 

All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
